
CANCELLATION POLICY

At SASH Getaways Private Limited, we understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your stay.
1. Cancellation by Guest
A. For Individual Bookings:

100% refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before the check-in date.

50% refund if cancelled between 3 to 6 days before check-in.

No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of check-in.
B. For Group Bookings (3+ rooms or entire villa):

50% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in.

No refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in.
2. Rescheduling

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before the original check-in date.

Only one reschedule is allowed per booking, and the new dates must be within 3 months of the original booking.
3. No-Shows / Early Check-Out

No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs, regardless of reason.
4. Cancellation by SASH
In rare circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, property issues, or operational emergencies), SASH Getaways reserves the right to cancel your booking. In such cases:

Guests will receive a 100% refund or can choose to reschedule their stay.
5. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
